   In this blog, I want to explain how I use the 5Whys technique to help coachee explore their career.  Let's take an example where the coachee is still deciding which career to choose. We'll use the "5 Whys" technique to explore their situation: The initial question could be, "Why am I unsure about which career to choose?"
